Culligan of Red Wing is seeking a high-performing Service Technician to join our elite team. This role offers the opportunity to become a certified water treatment expert, working directly with customers and progressing in a skilled trade with real growth.

You’ll diagnose, install, and maintain water treatment systems, troubleshoot plumbing and electrical components, and deliver WOW service on every visit. Starting wage is $22–$27 per hour, with strong earning potential and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and hands-on problem solver.
• Comfortable working directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair water softeners, RO systems, filtration, and treatment equipment.
• Troubleshoot plumbing and minor electrical components.
• Install and maintain whole-home water systems from meter to taps.
• Educate customers and provide expert recommendations.
• Leave every home better than you found it.
