Job summary

MacLellan Integrated Services seeks a Water Treatment Technician to operate plant equipment and ensure reliable, compliant wastewater treatment processes. You will manage chemical dosing, monitor systems, and support plant performance daily.

You will work with heavy PPE in hot and damp environments, communicate effectively, and help deliver top-tier service to clients across North America.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using a cartridge respirator preferred.
• Water treatment experience is helpful.
• Physically demanding role with PPE and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate water treatment plant equipment to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Monitor chemical treatment processes and adjust pumps, valves, and feeds.
• Perform water testing and maintain process efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with client teams to deliver Best Results.
