Culligan Water of Hagerstown is hiring a Water Treatment Installer/Service Technician to install, repair, upgrade and maintain Culligan equipment in customers' homes and businesses. You will work with water softeners, drinking water systems and problem water solutions, delivering high-quality service and ensuring safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Teamwork mentality and reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move 50–75 lbs daily.
• Availability for overtime as needed.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Installing, upgrading, and maintaining Culligan equipment.
• Completing paperwork accurately and on time.
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment to ensure proper function.
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Protecting work areas and assisting with installation of products.
• Maintaining company vehicles and coordinating with customers.
