Culligan Water of Hagerstown is hiring a Water Treatment Installer/Service Technician to install, repair, upgrade and maintain Culligan equipment in customers' homes and businesses. You will work with water softeners, drinking water systems and problem water solutions, delivering high-quality service and ensuring safety and satisfaction.

Culligan Water of Hagerstown is seeking a Water Treatment Installer/Service Technician to install, repair, upgrade and provide maintenance for Culligan equipment and products in customers' homes and/or businesses. Our products include water softeners, drinking water systems and solutions for problem water. Our work is focused on treating problem water and ensuring safe water in homes. The technician's goal is to provide the maximum amount of quality service to Culligan customers.

Responsibilities:

• Installing, upgrading, and maintaining equipment.
• Completing paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Performing all diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner to ensure proper functioning.
• Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order.
• Apply protective coverings to objects or surfaces near work areas.
• Assisting other employees with the delivery and installation of products/equipment.
• Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicating positively with customers and maintaining positive public relations for the company.
• Following all rules and regulations about safety and Culligan policies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize treatment processes.
• Clean work areas.

Hourly pay range, depending upon experience, $17.00 - $21.00 per hour. Company benefits such as medical, dental and other health care benefits available, paid leave and vacation benefits, 401k plans and many other income driven incentives.
