Job summary

Hall's Culligan Water is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and repair water treatment equipment in residential and commercial settings. You will work with water softeners, drinking water systems, and related solutions, while educating customers on proper usage and upgrade options.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and clear communication with customers, with a full-time schedule and potential for certifications through the Water Quality Association.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical experience required.
• Willingness to learn on an ongoing basis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, remove and perform routine preventive maintenance on water treatment equipment using hand and power tools.
• Run diagnostic tests on residential/commercial units and resolve issues.
• Explain water quality and educate customers on system usage; recommend service or upgrade options.
• Safely operate company vehicles, complete service orders, manage truck inventory and paperwork.
