Packard Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to install, service and repair residential water treatment equipment. This role requires moving equipment and delivering face-to-face customer service throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills.
• High motivation to complete tasks efficiently.
• 1+ year plumbing or water conditioning service/installation experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly; critical thinking required.
• Capable of physical work; able to move up to 185 lbs.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Must pass DOT physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner.
• Service, install and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
• Go above and beyond to meet customers’ needs.
• Promote and sell other Culligan products and services.
