Packard Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to service existing residential customers and support sales. You will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install water treatment systems in commercial and industrial settings, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

This role requires physical work, a valid MN driver’s license, and DOT physical. Monday–Friday, 6 AM– 6 PM with overtime potential; pre-employment checks apply. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment or HVAC/plumbing/mechanical field.
• Mechanical inclination and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of hydronic, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly with critical thinking.
• Ability to lift up to 185 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Valid MN driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT physical required.
