Job summary

RedSail Technologies is seeking an Operator (Manufacturing/Plant Operations) to manufacture water-treatment products according to SOPs and to maintain accurate production and inventory records. You will read and follow detailed procedures, monitor equipment, load and unload tankers, bulk tanks, IBC totes, drums, and support production and shipping activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, water treatment, or industrial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures precisely.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
• Recordkeeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift and warehouse experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture water-treatment products according to SOPs.
• Read, understand, and follow detailed process procedures.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and equipment records.
• Monitor and maintain in-stock inventory levels.
• Load and unload: Tankers, Bulk tanks, IBC totes, Drums, Buckets.
• Support all production and shipping activities.
• Complete daily checklists and equipment logs.
• Maintain organized work areas using 5S principles.
• Follow all plant safety requirements and quality standards.
