Superior Water, Light and Power operates a drinking water plant and related facilities, seeking an operator to ensure safe, efficient operation on a 12-hour shift basis. The role requires handling emergencies, on-call duties, and continuous monitoring of equipment readings.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should prepare for on-site work, rotation through nights and weekends, and potential certification in WDNR Grade TS or TG within six months, with SWLP sponsoring one

• Safe and efficient operation and maintenance of a drinking water plant and auxiliary facilities.
• Work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and nights; may be on-call or standby.
• Make decisions about machinery and equipment based on device and instrument readings.
• Direct actions during emergencies and serve as contact for internal and external customers after hours and weekends.
