The City of Tacoma is seeking qualified candidates for the Water Treatment Plant Operator position. This role involves operating and maintaining a 150 MGD water treatment plant, interpreting data, performing laboratory analyses, and contributing to plant improvements and safety protocols.
The position is based at the Green River Filtration Facility near Ravensdale, WA, working in rotating 12-hour shifts. Compensation depends on certification level: Level 3 at $50.24/hour and Level 4 at $52.75/hour.
