The Water Treatment Plant Operations Manager provides technical and operational leadership in support of municipal water treatment, production, and distribution operations and related projects. This position is responsible for supporting safe, efficient, reliable, and compliant operations while providing technical guidance to staff, monitoring project activities, maintaining client communication, and assisting with project delivery and quality control. The role applies extensive water operations experience and sound technical judgment to support regulatory compliance, system performance, equipment reliability, and operational decision-making. The Water Treatment Plant Operations Manager also supports the development of team members and works closely with operational and project leadership to ensure high-quality service to the City of Bossier City and other stakeholders.
