Qualifications

• One year of experience in the operation and maintenance of a water treatment plant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily and emergency plant operations by interpreting gauges, meters, and sensing devices
• Clean, service, and repair equipment to ensure proper function
• Test water chemistry, record results, and manage chemical inventories
• Complete logs, paperwork, and purchase requests in accordance with regulations
• Direct inmate workers, monitor movement, and maintain a safe and secure workspace
• Conduct searches, manage tool control, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines
