Job summary

Culligan Water of Salem is seeking a reliable Water Treatment Installer / Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair industry-leading water treatment systems for homes and businesses. You’ll receive comprehensive, paid training and join a team that values safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

As part of our on-site service team, you’ll troubleshoot issues, complete installations, and ensure paperwork is accurate while keeping tools and vehicles in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Plumbing, electrical, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to lift/move 50–75 lbs regularly (equipment, salt bags, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade Culligan water treatment systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment quickly and effectively.
• Deliver and assist with installation of water treatment products.
• Complete accurate paperwork and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.
