Job summary

EcoWater of Southern California is seeking an experienced Installation & Service Technician to join our Riverside team. The role involves installing, servicing, and repairing residential and commercial water treatment systems and plumbing equipment, including water softeners, RO systems, and whole-house filtration.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of plumbing experience and strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

Requires at least 4 years of plumbing-related experience or comparable hands-on work.
Experience with water treatment systems is a plus.
Ability to diagnose problems and determine solutions; strong customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Install, service, repair and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems and plumbing equipment.
Install water softeners, conditioning systems, RO systems, and whole-house filtration.
Install and repair pipes, valves, fixtures; perform pressure testing and diagnostics.
Explain work to customers and address questions while keeping their home clean and protected.
Complete service paperwork and document work; mentor other technicians when needed.
