Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of self‑perform project experience, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Proficient in logistically running a construction site and leading crews.

Responsibilities

• Management and oversight of mechanical field operation.
• Plan and coordinate mechanical crew activities and verify subcontractor progress.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Create daily crew pre-task planning and provide end-of-day reports.
• Mentor team members and promote safety policies/procedures.
