Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a safety-oriented mechanical leadman for a large wastewater treatment renovation project in Durham, North Carolina. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of self-perform project experience, preferably in water/wastewater, and strong leadership to guide a mechanical crew on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating crew activities, conducting quality control inspections, mentoring team members, and promoting OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of self-perform project experience.
• Experience in water/wastewater projects preferred.

• Plans and coordinates mechanical crew activities and verification of subcontractor progress.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Create daily crew pre-task planning and provide end-of-day reports.
• Mentor team members and communicate effectively.
