Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking an individual to provide installation, service, and repair of Culligan products in homes and/or businesses. Our products include water softeners, drinking water systems and solutions for problem water.

The service technician role involves diagnostics, installation, maintenance, and repairs, with comprehensive training provided to launch a career in the water treatment industry. Expect physical tasks and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Plumbing experience is highly preferred.
Minimum two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
May require lifting/moving equipment from 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, analysis, and repairs of Culligan equipment in homes or businesses.
Install, upgrade, and maintain water treatment equipment.
Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
Assist other team members with delivery and installation of products/equipment.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Communicate positively with customers and uphold good public relations.
Follow safety rules and Culligan policies.
