Job summary

Veolia Water Tech is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems at customer sites across industries. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and conduct analytical testing to meet contract specifications.

Responsibilities include equipment support, calibration, and data reporting, with a focus on safety and compliance. Travel to customer sites is required, and the role emphasizes teamwork and customer

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Strong technical, mathematical and customer service skills.
• General knowledge of electrical equipment, water chemistry and safety.
• Vision and manual dexterity to service instruments and electrical equipment.
• Ability to learn company procedures quickly.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Able to use hand tools and analytical instrumentation with corrosive fluids.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on water treatment equipment (valves, pumps, instrumentation).
• Consult with customer management and operation teams.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and chemicals.
• Create site paperwork and provide detailed technical summaries of work.
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, pH, etc.).
• Support service activities including calibration, repairs, and customer communications.
• Work schedules may fluctuate based on demand.
