Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a service technician to install, service, deliver and repair Culligan products in homes and/or businesses. You will work with water softeners, drinking water systems, and related solutions as part of a high-growth water treatment business.

The role includes performing diagnostics, installing and maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality service while adhering to safety standards. Strong communication and at least two years of field experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Plumbing experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• May require lifting/moving equipment from 50-75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repair of Culligan equipment in homes or businesses.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain equipment.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist other team members with delivery and installation of products/equipment.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate positively with customers and uphold Culligan reputation.
• Follow safety rules and Culligan policies.
