Sentinel Water Solutions is seeking a Water Treatment Field Service Manager in Carnegie, PA. This hands-on leadership role supervises field service crews performing carbon media exchanges and related water treatment services while supporting warehouse operations.

Travel Monday–Friday and occasional weekends are required. Responsibilities include coordinating crews, equipment, materials, and site activities; assisting with installations and startups; and ensuring warehouse organization and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years in water treatment system service or equivalent field service.
• Experience leading or supervising field technicians or service crews.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and ability to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians at municipal, industrial, and construction sites.
• Coordinate carbon media exchange and other service activities.
• Oversee field crews, equipment, materials, and resources for projects.
• Assist with installations, startups, maintenance, and service work.
• Maintain safe, efficient work per Sentinel procedures and customer requirements.
• Train service personnel in procedures, customer service, and safety.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: shipping/receiving, inventory, staging.
