Sentinel Water Solutions is seeking a Water Treatment Field Service Manager in Carnegie, PA. You will lead field crews performing carbon media exchanges and other water treatment services, coordinate onsite activities, and support warehouse operations.

This role requires frequent travel and weekends as needed to meet customer and project needs. Responsibilities include coordinating crews, equipment, materials, and job-site activities, assisting with installations and startups, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Supervise field service crews at municipal, industrial, and construction sites.
• Lead carbon media exchange and other water treatment service activities.
• Ensure safety and quality per Sentinel procedures and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians performing water treatment service activities.
• Coordinate field crews, rental equipment, materials, and resources for projects.
• Assist with water treatment equipment installations and startups.
• Maintain organized warehouse, inventory, and service equipment readiness.
• Communicate project status and issues with customers and teams.
• Train staff on procedures, safety, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety and DOT requirements.
• Travel frequently, including overnight travel and occasional weekends.
