Job summary

Veolia Water Technology is seeking a Field Service Representative to manage commissioning, installation, and optimization of water treatment plants. You will serve as the liaison between design engineering, construction teams, control systems, and customers, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities include commissioning and validating control systems, troubleshooting, training customer staff, and providing technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Experience in commissioning, construction, or field services.
• Proficient with water treatment equipment and safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Design & Engineering Support: Review models, assist design reviews, ensure accessibility and operability of equipment.
• Construction & Installation: Liaison between design and construction teams; manage vendor activities.
• Commissioning & Control Systems: Develop schedules and performance plans; conduct tests and PLC/HMI work.
• Training & Technical Support: Create SOPs and deliver customer training.
• After-Market & Documentation: Site inspections, data reporting, and cost monitoring.
