Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. in Odessa, TX is seeking a Water Transfer Technician to join our field ops. You will set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water systems supporting fracking and production activities.

You’ll work on rotating schedules, potentially overnight travel, and 12-hour shifts. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on operation in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in oil & gas or water transfer is a plus.

Description

As a Water Transfer Technician, you’ll be hands-on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. You’ll work on rotating schedules depending on location and project needs.
