Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer Operations in Mansfield, PA. You will lead a team of field supervisors and technicians, ensuring safe, on-time project delivery and adherence to budgets.

You will interface directly with customers, coordinate with engineering, and drive cost reductions while maintaining high safety standards. 12-hour shifts, day/night rotation, travel required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician with 1+ year preferred.
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Mechanical knowledge of pumps and valves.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools.
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions; 12-hour shifts including days/nights; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations and supervise personnel.
• Act as client’s on-site liaison and Keystone leadership representative.
• Ensure safe setup and operation of water transfer systems.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling of field resources.
• Coordinate with engineering for specs and cost analysis.
• Review daily field tickets and project documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and train the team on procedures.
• Monitor pumps, valves, and related systems; pursue improvements.
