Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Williamsport, PA is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer Operations. You will oversee field operations, lead a team of supervisors and technicians, and ensure projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget on customer sites.

You will act as the client’s on-site contact, represent Keystone leadership, and drive improvements in operations, safety, and cost efficiency while coordinating with engineering and project teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED, plus technical or engineering coursework.
• Fusion Technician certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and supervise all assigned personnel.
• Act as the client’s on-site point of contact and represent Keystone leadership.
• Ensure safe, efficient setup and operation of all water transfer systems.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling of field resources.
• Coordinate with engineering for technical specs and job cost analysis.
• Review and sign daily field tickets and project documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and train team members on procedures and equipment.
• Monitor performance of pumps, valves, fusion machines, and related systems.
• Drive operational improvements and cost reductions.
