Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Water Transfer Operator to join our Water Transfer team in the field. The role involves setting up, operating, and tearing down water transfer equipment on outdoor jobs.

You will work with crews and follow safety procedures, maintaining equipment with training provided and opportunities for advancement. Work is outdoor, often in varying weather; the position requires good teamwork, safety awareness, and ability to operate pumps and generators with

Qualifications

• One year of experience or equivalent training.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented due to safety requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a team environment.
• Experience in energy industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment, policies, procedures, and safety strategies.

Responsibilities

• Laying and picking up poly line, lay flat hose, running transfer pumps, and essential equipment for water transfer operations.
• Loading and unloading pipe, field materials, and equipment onto trailers and trucks for safe transport.
• Observing machine operations, gauges, and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions.
• Setting and servicing pumps and generators at job sites.
• Following all safety procedures and using proper PPE as required per specific task.
• Assist in containment and spill clean ups.
• Communicating with other workers using signals, radios, and telephones.
• Using common hand and power tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Driving trucks and other vehicles to transport equipment, personnel and perform tasks.
• Attending and successfully completing training for DOT, OSHA and safety.
