Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead on-site water transfer operations in Canton, PA. You’ll manage a crew, act as the client point of contact, and drive quality control and training to ensure safe, efficient work.

You will oversee pumps, meters, and water transfer systems, enforce EH&S standards, and handle field tickets and logs while coordinating with the client and project team for cost-effective execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field operations.
• Ability to train and enforce safety standards on site.
• Strong liaison skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to evaluate sites, plan costs, and manage field tickets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations and delegate tasks.
• Serve as primary liaison between Keystone and the client.
• Oversee setup, monitoring, and performance of water transfer systems.
• Train new crew members and enforce safety compliance.
• Evaluate job sites and assist with job specifications and cost planning.
• Maintain accurate field tickets, timesheets, and equipment logs.
• Support EH&S compliance and site organization.
• Ensure uptime, efficiency, and cost control on projects.
