Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Mansfield, PA seeks a Field Supervisor to lead on-site water transfer operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client alignment. You will manage crew members, act as the client liaison, and contribute to quality control and training on diverse field sites.

The role requires hands-on supervision of pumps and transfer equipment, adherence to EH&S standards, and cost-conscious planning across shifts, including nights and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily field operations and crews.
• Ability to act as primary liaison between company and client.
• Oversee setup, monitoring, and performance of pumps, meters, and water transfer systems.
• Train and enforce safety compliance for new team members.
• Evaluate job sites and assist with job specs and cost planning.
• Maintain accurate field tickets, timesheets and equipment logs.
• Support EH&S compliance and general site organization.
• Willingness to travel; 12-hour shifts; outdoors in all weather.
