Job summary

Select Water Solutions' Water Transfer CDL Driver role focuses on safely operating heavy trucks, building loads for deliveries, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. You will handle loading/unloading oilfield equipment and ensure quality control across all operations.

The position requires Class A CDL experience, steady teamwork, and the ability to manage loads on lease roads. Benefits include paid training, vacation, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle.
• Energy service experience helpful.
• Exhibit ability to be a strong team player.
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and carry out work assignments to highest quality level.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment to and from customer locations with medium duty flatbed trucks and semi tractors.
• Perform load-outs of equipment at the yard.
• Rig up and rig down entire jobs including equipment, unloading, and positioning on location.
• Maintain a DOT electronic log and paper Bills of Ladings.
• Ensure that trucks have proper and current inspections and comply with DOT requirements.
