Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver for water transfer operations in Midland, TX. The role involves safe driving, loading/unloading oilfield equipment, ensuring quality and compliance across all tasks, and maintaining organized equipment on site.

Responsibilities include transporting loads, rigging equipment, maintaining logs, and adhering to DOT regulations while delivering consistent, high-quality service in a demanding field environment.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years of age and hold a valid CDL license.
• Strong team player with reliable communication skills.
• Experience with flatbed trucking and load securing.
• Familiar with DOT regulations and log requirements.
• Ability to work in variable weather and physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment to/from customer locations using flatbed trucks and semi tractors.
• Perform load-outs of equipment at the yard.
• Repetitive heavy lifting as part of duties.
• Rig up and rig down equipment on job sites and position on location.
• Maintain a DOT electronic log and paper Bills of Lading.
• Ensure trailers are properly loaded with regard to weight, width and height.
• Inspect and maintain company trucks; ensure proper inspections are current.
• Comply with all DOT requirements and company safety policies.
