Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Field Service Representative to perform dispatchable maintenance and calibration for water technology systems. You will consult with customer management and operations teams, and you must demonstrate strong mechanical know-how and problem-solving ability.

The role requires the ability to travel regionally, work independently, and provide on-site guidance to customers while representing the Veolia brand with integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or international equivalent; 2+ years’ service/maintenance in industrial environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: Bachelor/Associate in Science/Engineering or instrumentation certificate.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and controls on equipment (valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, instrumentation).
• Create and maintain site paperwork; provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC) and other site-specific tests.
• Review customer plant installations against WTS reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics, general arrangement).
• Other duties as assigned.
