Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR is seeking a Water Restoration Technician in Ohio to respond to emergencies, perform water extraction, mold remediation, and drying, and document progress with our software. You will train on industry-standard procedures and join a team dedicated to helping homes and businesses recover.

No prior experience required beyond a high school diploma or GED; we offer comprehensive training, career growth, and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do as a Water Restoration Technician

As a Water Restoration Technician, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working closely with our expert team to:

• Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services.
• Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation.
• Set up and monitor professional drying equipment.
• Accurately document progress using job management software.
• Work collaboratively with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete scheduled projects.
• Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep.
