Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies’ Technology & Product team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater technology projects from engineering through start-up. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, and customer expectations while coordinating across engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, sales, finance, and legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Five+ years of hands-on project engineering and project management experience.
• Experience managing engineering, construction, equipment, technology, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience with water or wastewater treatment systems, environmental technologies, or industrial process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from contract handoff through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and closeout.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, project controls, construction, vendors, subcontractors, and start-up activities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the customer regarding process, scope, equipment, schedule, and project status.
• Monitor project performance, including cost versus budget, schedule, percentage complete, risks, opportunities, and forecasted costs.
• Prepare monthly project reports and communicate status, issues, and required actions to management.
• Identify, document, evaluate, and manage scope changes and change orders.
