Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead digital transformation engagements with clients and technical staff to renovate technology and business models. You will guide governance and operating models, leverage digital trends to drive strategy, and analyze performance data for actionable improvements.

The role includes infrastructure assessments, journey guidance for digital solutions, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
8 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation engagements with clients and technical staff to renovate technology and business models.
Guide clients to governance and operating models, capability development, and leverage technology for digital strategies.
Analyze digital performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Perform an assessment of the client organization’s infrastructure to identify gaps and enhance performance.
Guide clients through digital transformation journeys by gathering user needs and determining best digital solutions.
Ensure project work plans are developed to drive engagement success and conduct strategic communications.
Manage projects to deliver on time, within budget and to a high quality level.
Conduct project meetings and workgroups.
Serve as a technical expert and lead resolution of technical issues.
Lead, coach, develop and train assigned consultants.
Monitor staff workloads and provide resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews as needed.
Promote responsible digital transformation practices with ethical and transparent development.
