The Water Systems Supervisor supports the Director of Utilities Management by supervising Dominium’s Water Systems team and coordinating water conservation service activities across the portfolio. This position is responsible for maintaining the functionality and reliability of water-monitoring systems, coordinating preventive maintenance, and ensuring identified leaks and water-system issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
The Water Systems Supervisor partners with property teams, Corporate Maintenance, regional maintenance leadership, utility providers, and outside vendors to support water-system readiness, leak detection and response, warranty work, equipment replacement, and the resolution of outstanding water-system needs. This position uses system and maintenance data to identify opportunities to improve reliability, reduce water loss, and lower operating expenses.
This is a remote, regionally based and site-based position that is not assigned to a Dominium corporate or regional office. The position requires regular travel to Dominium properties and is expected to perform work at property sites on most workdays, with administrative responsibilities completed remotely when not in the field.
