  • Assist with system start‑up, shutdown, sanitization, and routine checks.
  • Help ensure systems are operating reliably and in accordance with site procedures.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Support sampling, review, and trending of water quality and operating data.
  • Assist in monitoring key system parameters such as conductivity, TOC, temperature, flow, and related instrumentation.
  • Identify abnormal conditions, equipment issues, or performance trends and escalate as needed.
  • Assist with troubleshooting system, instrumentation, and operational issues.
Maintenance & Reliability
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to support preventive maintenance, calibration, and corrective repairs.
  • Help maintain water system equipment and critical instrumentation in a reliable operating condition.
  • Provide input on work orders, spare parts, and maintenance planning.
Documentation & Team Support
  • Assist with SOPs, work instructions, logs, and related documentation.
  • Support training of site personnel on basic water system operation and good documentation practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of monitoring, maintenance, and operational activities.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, performance, and ease of operation.
  • Support investigations, follow‑up actions, and implementation of approved improvements.
  • Learn and apply pharmaceutical water‑system requirements with support from site leadership and quality personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with water treatment, process water, utilities, RO/DI, purified water, or similar systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
  • Familiarity with pumps, valves, instruments, tanks, skids, and distribution systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing, utilities, maintenance, or technical operations.
  • Ability to interpret trends, complete documentation, and follow procedures.
