Provo City is hiring a Water Systems Operator (Apprentice through level III) to provide skilled maintenance work with responsibility for the operation and upkeep of Provo City's water sources system. Civic-minded individuals interested in supporting the numerous services provided to the residents of Provo City by performing the work described herein are strongly encouraged to apply.
Pay Range: (G25 - G28) $24.74 - $42.51 per hour (depending on experience)
This position operates on a 4/10 schedule for a 40-hour work week with mandatory alternating weekend shifts to keep the facility running. Actual schedule to be discussed with the hiring manage during the interview.

Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications listed above to be eligible for consideration. If selected for hire, candidate will be required to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check. Non-disclosure may result in dismissal. Applicants with unsatisfactory drug screen results will be ineligible for appointment or application to any Provo City position for a minimum period of six (6) months.
