Job summary

Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District in Utah is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance on facilities, equipment, pipelines, and related infrastructure. You will assist with installation, design, and troubleshooting of water systems, and respond to emergencies during regular hours and on-call shifts.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour schedule (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) plus a paid 24-hour standby rotation;

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Ability to supervise crews and ensure safe working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance on district facilities and pipelines.
• Assist with installation, design, and troubleshooting of water systems.
• Lead crews and ensure SOP compliance and safety.
