Culligan By WaterCo, based at our Allentown, PA office, is seeking a dependable customer service-oriented professional to operate company vehicles, perform service orders, and diagnose water treatment equipment. You will interact with customers, communicate status, and assist with payments under a structured benefits program.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift, and flexibility to work Saturdays/evenings on occasion, with training and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Face-to-face customer service experience is required.
• DOT physical, drug screen, and background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of a Company vehicle in accordance with state and federal DOT laws.
• Adherence to established safety procedures.
• Completion of daily service orders promptly.
• Perform diagnostics, installations or removals on residential and commercial water treatment equipment; identify malfunctions and resolve accordingly.
• Foster customer relationships through direct interaction, communicating equipment status and providing problem-solving solutions.
• Ensure timely collection of payments upon service completion and assist in past due receivables.
