Schedule: M-TH 5:00am-3:00pm
Pay: $20–$22/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the plant
• Stock workstations and replenish supplies to ensure uninterrupted production
• Load/unload carts and visually inspect materials
• Collaborate with team members to address shortages and improve flow
• Support lean manufacturing and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the day
• Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 1500lb
• Ability to stand on your feet for 10 hours performing physically laborious tasks with minimal breaks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift
Environment: Industrial setting (non-air‑conditioned); PPE required
