Starting pay ranges from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for CDL holders and additional offers for non-CDL hires. Benefits include per diem, hotel stays, and full coverage healthcare.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• operational proficiency with backhoe and excavator.
• Lead a 4-person repair crew and coordinate field work.
• Experience with water main and sewer repairs, valve work, and hydrants.
• CDL A is required or obtainable; on-call duties are expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 4-man repair crew on water/sewer projects.
