ERM is hiring Environmental Field Inspectors to perform inspections of water service lines and work in field teams of two in Danville, IL. The part-time 20 hours per week, limited-term role lasts 12 months with renewal potential.

Responsibilities include field inspections, data entry, and coordinating with landowners and project teams. You will document findings, use MS Office and mobile data devices, and maintain safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld data collection devices.

Responsabilités

• Conduct field inspections to determine water service line material.
• Serve as point of contact for landowners, contractors, clients, and team members.
• Review project documents and enter data.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate daily inspections, schedules, and meetings.
• Distribute water sampling kits and contracts to landowners.
• Document findings with reports and photo records.
• Attend meetings and support other tasks as needed.
