Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to perform on-time deliveries of water treatment products to homes and businesses. You will manage invoicing, collections, and provide top-tier service along the route, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards of vehicles and gear.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and advancement opportunities are included as part of Culligan’s benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years route experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to operate a mobile device for route updates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses on assigned routes.
• Process and collect payments, issue invoices, and update delivery orders.
• Address customer questions courteously and resolve issues with a service-minded approach.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies; maintain clean vehicles and equipment.
• Assist technicians with installation/removal of equipment as needed.
