Schroeder Law Offices, PC (SLO) seeks a Nevada-licensed Associate Attorney in Reno to develop a full-service water rights and real property practice. You will work under partners on diverse matters, including transactional work, civil litigation, and state/federal proceedings, with opportunities for advancement and professional development.

The role emphasizes client interaction, travel to rural communities, and a receipt-based bonus structure.

Qualificações

Active Nevada bar membership; admission in other jurisdictions a plus.
2+ years of legal experience, preferably in real property, land use, natural resources.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to rural and agricultural communities.
100% on-site position; base salary depends on experience with a receipt-based bonus.

Responsabilidades

Represent clients with direct interaction under supervision of a shareholder or partner.
Monitor and manage diverse client tasks to ensure timely completion.
Develop transactional water rights solutions with thorough legal analysis and execution.
Litigate in administrative, state, and federal forums, including matters of first impression.
Delegate tasks to support staff and maintain communication on client matters.
Bill required hours daily with complete time narratives.
Bill a minimum of 1600 billable hours annually.
Travel to remote and rural areas as necessary for client development and representation.
