Qualifications
- Principles of civil engineering and design.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
- Experience with automated software applications.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.

- Coordinate activities of people and teams.
- Solve problems using logical analysis.
- Communicate in English effectively, both written and oral.
- Understand and apply agency workflows and policies.
- Develop implementation approaches for changes or projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist the public by answering questions and explaining procedures.
- Conduct field reviews, take measurements, draft initial decisions.
- Assist regional engineer on water distribution and related issues.
- Review studies to inform water management decisions.
- Perform dam safety inspections and report findings.
- Attend meetings/hearings and present to stakeholders.
- Support training of regional staff.
