ServiceMaster CDR is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to respond to emergencies, perform water extraction, mold remediation, and related restoration tasks. The role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a team-focused environment in Ohio.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while using basic tools and technology for job documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
Comfort using smartphones and tablets.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Physically able to work in tight spaces and in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services.
Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation.
Set up and monitor professional drying equipment.
Accurately document progress using job management software.
Collaborate with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete projects.
Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep.
