Job summary

Puroclean of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a water loss and restoration technician to respond to emergencies including water extraction, mold remediation, and debris removal. On-site work requires physical fitness, on-call shifts, and a willingness to obtain additional IICRC certifications.

This entry-level to mid-level role offers hands-on training, uniforms provided, and opportunity to grow within a family-owned restoration team serving local ZIPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience.
• IICRC WRT certification required.
• On-call per department schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Background screening every two years.
• Must live within service area for ZIP codes listed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with adjusters and TPAs for approvals and updates.
• Write sketches and determine the scope of work.
• Utilize Mica, Dash, and Xactware for job data.
• Train new employees using crawl, walk, run method.
• Perform on-site production: water extraction, demolition, mold remediation.
• Take moisture readings and place equipment for drying.
• Complete paperwork and photos for each job.
• Interact with customers professionally.
• Maintain equipment functionality and safety compliance.
