Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a driven Water Restoration Technician to join our team. You will perform water damage mitigation and restoration services, communicate clearly with customers, and complete logs, work orders, and documentation to ensure timely and high-quality service.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and certification in water mitigation or mold is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills to determine equipment needs.
• Basic computer skills for reporting daily activity.
• Certification in Water Mitigation, Mold, etc. is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services offered by the company.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic maintenance of equipment used.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality.
• Complete daily technician logs.
• Process Work Orders and restoration documentation.
• Maintain stock and appearance of tools and supplies in company vehicles.

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a driven Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and helping customers recover from water-related damage. Your mission: support customer retention by completing restoration services efficiently, professionally, and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

What We’re Looking For

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.
