Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a driven Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team. You’ll deliver restoration services with focus on quality and timeliness, helping customers recover from water damage.

With 1–3 years of experience, you’ll support customer retention by completing tasks efficiently, communicating clearly, and maintaining tools and paperwork to ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Adequate math skills to determine equipment needs.
• Basic proficiency with computers, emails, and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage mitigation and restoration tasks as trained.
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the process.
• Conduct basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Inspect completed work and document activities.
• Complete daily logs, Work Orders, and restoration paperwork.
• Maintain inventory and stock of tools and supplies for vehicles.

What You’ll Do

• Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the
• company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

What We’re Looking For

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.
