Job summary

SERVPRO of West Evansville is seeking a crew chief, supervisor or project manager with water cleanup/restoration experience. You will lead technicians, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure documentation is complete and safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in residential or commercial water restoration.
• WRT & ASD IICRC Certifications preferred, willing to help obtain.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with and communicate with stakeholders at project starts and during progress.
• Manage and supervise technicians performing dry out activities in buildings.
• Demonstrate and train team members to proper work standards.
• Oversee job files for proper documentation.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded with equipment and supplies for each project.
• Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and stage equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with management and teammates to maintain efficient processes.
• Oversee end-of-day cleanup and leave sites orderly.
• Bi-Lingual would be a big plus.
